31st January 2012

This website is 3+ years old! I have updated the KONP and  incinerator page. I have left the occupy Leeds video up. The snott page still needs updating.

17th October 2011

The incinerator campaign has been updated but currently waiting for Veolia documents to be made public.

17th September 2011

I updated the Incinerator page.

26th August 2011

Added pages on keep our nhs public and incineration. Tidied some of the site up. Still needs a bit of work. In future perhaps I will link it to twitter or a youtube account.

I have lot of ideas for cartoons but currently there are more important things.

17th May 2011

Added a few cartoons, a poem and tidied up the site.

8th February 2011

Updated the website and added cartoons and an environmental science essay.

17th November 2010

I graduated with a MSc. (merit) and then started a job as a Environmental Scientist, unfortunately that ended, I’m now hoping to gain part-time employment in Leeds and start several new projects.

12th October 2009

The author is now studying at Lancaster University and is now adapting the website for geneaology.

17th July 2009

There is now a total of 35 trees across 26 sites. Some require checking so this figure may vary slightly. He has recently been put in contact with

http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/leeds-urban-harvest/

And since they have funding I imagine a new leeds wastedfood website will be created. This is good news as the author is leaving Leeds in October!

May 2009

I got distracted by European Politics and found Andrew Brons who represents a Anti-Immigrant party has European grandparents and great grandparents. There is a detailed page and a simplified diagram

21st April 2009

Number of sites: 20 (- 1 )= 19 with 26 fruit trees

One tree hacked back to a stump despite been next to a fence. I will show any replacements but often cleared areas  remain empty and dead for long periods (Westgate development in Bradford is a classic example).

Trying to recognise fruit trees by their blossom can be difficult.

26th January 2009

Number of sites = 18 with 24 fruit trees

New sites are still been spotted but the last of 2008’s fruit should disappear soon.

4th January 2009

Number of apple trees = 11

5th December 2008

The website is getting there!
